How do we take our responsibility?
We are aware of the major challenges currently facing the world and the importance of contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals. To increase our impact and be targeted, we have chosen to focus on the SDGs that best fit our DNA. This means we focus on SDGs 3, 4, 8, 9 and 12, we are convinced this will enable us to make the most impact to ensure a better future for all of us. SDG 3: Good health and well-being
To contribute to job satisfaction and provide a pleasant working environment, we must put the mental and physical health of our employees first. One of the ways we do this is by offering our professional knowledge from Human Development not only to our clients, but also to our own colleagues.
SDG 4: Quality education
Distribution of knowledge is important to economic development and personal growth. SDG 4 focuses on improving access to quality education and promoting lifelong learning for all ages. We are committed to these goals by promoting learning and development within our company and by supporting education projects.
Knowledge must be accessible to everyone. This is why we make our contribution at colleges – this is also how we bring education and business closer together. In addition to our services, we also offer training through our Perfact Academy.
SDG 8: Decent work & economic growth
In this way, we aim to contribute to maintaining and promoting employment in our sector. We also aim to achieve sustainable growth by embracing and expanding equal opportunities, inclusiveness and diversity within our team.

Perfact aims to contribute to innovation by striving for progress and improvement. We want to continue to expand our knowledge and experience and use this knowledge and experience to support our partners in innovating all business processes and human capital.

We are committed to these goals by reducing our own environmental footprint and by promoting sustainable production processes among our customers.
We want to contribute to a more sustainable future by being aware of and improving our ecological footprint in all parts of our organisation. In addition, we also aim to contribute to sustainability by implementing optimisation and efficiency projects at our clients to reduce their pressure on the environment.
