LEAN Management – LEAN Manager Training

Home > Perfact Academy > LEAN Management – LEAN Manager Training

Our LEAN Management Training is a specially designed training for middle and higher management who want to introduce lean thinking and problem solving into their respective departments and/or organisations. As a manager you will be trained to become a ‘Lean Champion’ in order to facilitate and support the lean implementation within an organisation.

Learning objectives

This specially developed Lean Manager training contributes to how you as a manager can coach the transformation of a traditionally organised organisation into a lean management organisation. You do this mainly by creating a good learning environment. As a manager, you will be trained to be a ‘Lean Champion’ and will therefore be able to guide and introduce the transformation. You know the components of Lean thinking, but you mainly take care of the facilities and coordination rather than being an executive.

At the end of the training you are able to:

  • Promote continuous improvement & support Lean implementation within the organisation (or department)
  • Guide the transformation from Traditional Management to Lean Management by creating a learning environment
  • Lead the Lean Thinking & Problem-Solving methodology within the respective department and/or organisation
  • Stimulate alignment within the company by implementing Strategy
  • Coaches A3’s by facilitating the Problem Solving process using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control) method
  • Facilitating Kaizen events and creating Level Pull systems

Solving problems

Lean Six Sigma focuses on mapping processes and using proven methodologies to sustainably improve organisations.

Continuous improvement

By following a training you can learn how to apply techniques in a structured way to solve daily problems.

As long as that accounts for the desired results and works for the team: fine. But what if a problem or matter comes their way […]
