We would like to introduce our new colleague Sylvana Wijnands. Sylvana strengths the Dutch team as Account Manager.

“Since the 1st of December 2021 I started at Perfact in the role of Account Manager. This is not the first time I came in contact with the organisation. In recent years, I studied Commercial Management at Zuyd University and during this time I did an internship at Perfact. During my internship, I wrote my thesis about the opportunities that might be available for the organisation in the healthcare sector. This brought me into contact with the various disciplines of Perfact, the nice colleagues and new opportunities in the market.

After completing my studies, I was looking for a career path, and eventually I started in labour mediation. After a short conversation with colleagues at Perfact, it immediately felt like old times again. In the past, I worked in the hospitality industry for almost eight years, where contact with people was my biggest motivation. This is what my role at Perfact is all about and therefore the reason why I decided to continue my career as a young professional at Perfact.

Now, almost 2 months later, I am still very happy with the choice I made. Every day I go to work with a smile on my face. This is a confirmation that I am in the right place.

Growth and a focus on the sustainable deployment of our colleagues are key topic of our department. I therefore like to apply the motto ‘Teamwork makes the dream work’. Together with my direct colleagues, clients and all associated experts, we strive for an optimal result that benefits everyone. In addition, we always make time for a drink or just a bit of fun, because that too contributes to an optimal business result.

In short, I strive to contribute to an innovative, growing and super fun organisation where everyone is welcome. I will do this by using my drive, enthusiasm and powers of persuasion.
