Tim Adriaans, has been working for Perfact for almost a year as Account Manager for the Southern Netherlands. Despite the fact that he started during the corona period, which is not always easy, he managed very well and is of great value to our customers and (new) employees. He would like to introduce himself further.
I am Tim Adriaans, 28 years old and I have been working as an Account Manager at Perfact for almost a year. Before I started working at Perfact, I worked in the employment industry for more than five years.
Together with my colleagues Fred Hut and Niels Dullens I am responsible for the area South Netherlands. We take care of relationship management with our existing clients and acquisition of new clients, as well as supporting and guiding our new and current colleagues.
For our clients, I do not only place the right person in the right position on the basis of supply and demand, but I also think along as a full sparring partner in any other possibilities to solve the problem. In doing so, I look at how we can optimally use the other expertises of Perfact. In addition, I am always ready to help our colleagues on location!
Perfact wants to make a difference and we do make the difference, both for our own employees and for our customers. We do this by working in an accessible, no-nonsense way and by finding out what the question behind the question is, in order to offer structural sustainable solutions. With my experience in connecting supply and demand and using it in the right way, I want to make the difference for our customers and employees.
I have been working for Perfact for quite some time now and I started in the middle of this corona situation. From the very first moment I have been working a lot from home and particularly have many virtual introduction and many phone calls. Nevertheless, I ended up in a warm bath and got to know Perfact as a informal company with nice colleagues.
Outside of work I like to make nice trips with my girlfriend Vivian, I am a fanatic 1st, 2nd and 3rd half player at Spaubeek 4 and I like to drink a (special) beer with friends. So, I can’t wait until our beautiful bar at the office in Abshoven opens its doors again.
